Cecil Behringer, Shakopee, Minnesota, was a six-day racer, velodrome designer & builder, frame maker and renaissance man! He was well know for his collaboration with Pino Moroni.

Cecil was an aerospace metallurgist (PhD) whose specialty was joining the impossible.
