The company was founded in the 1930s
by Mario Bertocco and his name was used for the brand, "BERMA". Mario was
joined in the business by his two sons Antonio and Renzo. The company
specialized in custom bicycle frames made to measure. Later, the grand
children of Mario, Daniel, Henry, Nicoletta joined the company which
provided bicycles for BERMA and other brands.
