Friday:
After a fun time "mixing" at the opening reception, things got off
to a great start as the
"Fixie Ride" commenced at 2 PM. Of the
approx. 40 riders, about were half single speeds and half
derailleur bikes.

That night, the
Charity auction
benefited Operation Smile ($6.5K contributed!) and was a

Saturday:
- Group
rides
lead by our wonderful local club folks, rode out in the AM: the
first a bunch of road burners and the second group to see the town's
sights.

- Then the
Seminars at mid-day with presentations by
Charles Andrews & Matti Gorski about restoring (or not) vintage
bikes, Peter Weigle talked about his background leading to frame
building, then John Barron shared his exotic & rare bike component
collection. The closer was master builder Dave Moulton and his views
of bicycle design and his experiences.

cycling...
