Informal photo sessions.
Show bikes checked in.
7 PM Dinner & beverages at Kick Back Jacks 

Friday, June 10th

Noon - 3 PM

Check-in for the weekend at cycles de ORO Bike Shop.
Bikes unpacked & assembled.
Informal photo sessions.
Show bikes checked in.

4 PM

"Fixed Gear Friday" Ride. Fixed, single speed or vintage preferred but not essential, ride tailored to an appropriate terrain & distance. At cycles de ORO Bike Shop. Approximately 15 miles.

5 PM - 7 PM Reception at cycles de ORO Bike Shop.

Hors d'oeuvres & beverages served
5 PM Harvey Sachs will present a free demo: Taking Apart a Freewheel, subtitled 'Do You Really Want To Do This?' at cycles de ORO Bike Shop
7:30 PM Dinner & beverages at one of nearby restaurants.
10 PM ~ "Vintage Lightweight Track Stand World Championships!" at cycles de ORO Bike Shop Parking lot.

Saturday, June 11th

7 AM Early risers Breakfast at Printworks Bistro/Proximity Hotel
9 AM High performance ride  approx 40 miles. A & B level, lead by local club members. At cycles de ORO Bike Shop
9:05 AM Slow-to-moderate ride showcasing the city's highlights, approx. 15+ miles.  C & D level, lead by local club members. At cycles de ORO Bike Shop
Noon - 1 PM Deli-style lunch at the Lewis Recreational Center
Noon - 4 PM Ken Toda's Bicycle Portrait Studio at the Lewis Recreational Center
1 PM - 5 PM Seminars/talks/demos/extrapolations/meanderings by a super slate of folks-in-the-know!

7 PM Dinner, drinks, presentation the CRVBA, trivia contests and other tom foolery at nearby La Bamba Restaurant 
10 PM ~ Meeting in parking lot again to review what went wrong at the "Vintage Lightweight Track Stand World Championships"

Sunday, June 12th   all at the Lewis Recreational Center

8 AM The Tour of Guilford road ride offering distances of 25, 34 or 62 miles
Sign in at 7 AM, all riders off at 8 AM.
8 AM Vendors for Expo Swap Meet may enter Recreation Center
8 AM Show bikes are received for placement in hall
9 AM Swap Meet & Bike Show opens to the public.
9 AM - 2 PM Ken Toda's Bicycle Portrait Studio
1 PM Harvey Sachs will present a free demo: Taking Apart a Freewheel, subtitled 'Do You Really Want To Do This?' on the patio.
3 PM Bike Show Awards announced
4 PM Recreation Center closes
6 PM Dinner in local eatery (TBA) 
All functions are included in price of the CR Weekend Passport except:
Ken Toda Studio sessions, Earle Young's Wheel building courses, meals at outside
eating establishments or for the Swap Meet vendor spaces. See the entry form for specific costs
