W.G. Twiddle
Liverpool

Updated 1/15/2004

From Peter Wilkinson about bike below:
"G. W. Twiddle was a small builder of stiff rather close coupled frames,
usually of all 531DB. He operated in Liverpool, England in the 60's & 70's. I bought the bike in 1978 (23" C/L to T.T.) bringing it over to the US when I
was transferred here in 1979. It was ridden (much of the time on training rollers) till 1995 when I had the frame powder coated by " Millers " in Atlanta (White). On my next yearly trip to England, I went to Twiddle's workshop to get
a full set of transfers. But that section of Town had been redeveloped, &
my understanding was that he had died."
