      "Dick Morris, East London ..... He was a superb builder.... (by) 1985/6 practically stopped building ..... his output was very small and he built totally by himself which is something that cannot be said of many builders ..... it must be recorded that Dick only started in business on his own in 1958. Before that he worked at Bates and Bertrand and possibly Allins."
