Wally Green (1926-2007) was a highly regarded London based frame builder who remained predominantly behind the scenes by building the top models for Don Farrell and others, but he also made frames featuring his name or simply "Wally"

 interesting example of the lugwork of the 1950s & 60s.
Mr. Green has filed and reshaped the lugs, reducing their thickness  to a very thin section.
