E.A. BOULT was a Stafford builder, starting sometime in the 1930s. He was known for tweaking standard lugs, and for his somewhat flamboyant finishes.   Ernie Witcomb (Witcomb Cycles) had been working at EA Boult since before World War One and he bought that company in 1951.
